How it runs
We begin with the site, the intended use, and the approvals the municipality will require. From there we agree on a scope that lists the drawings, calculations, and submissions the project needs. Design proceeds in stages so the layout is settled before grading and utilities are detailed, and so review comments can be addressed without redrawing the whole set. We prepare the application package, attend the meetings the scope includes, and keep the plan set, the narrative, and the calculations consistent so reviewers are not sent back and forth between documents.
Questions people ask
01Do you attend planning board meetings?+
Yes, when the scope includes it. Attendance, presentation, and comment responses are listed in the proposal so there are no surprises about who speaks for the project.
02Can you work from an existing concept plan?+
Yes. A concept from an architect, a broker, or a prior engineer is a normal starting point. We confirm what is usable and what has to be redrawn before design starts.
03Do you provide surveying or soils work?+
No. Boundary and topographic survey, geotechnical borings, and percolation testing beyond what is needed for an onsite wastewater design are done by licensed surveyors and specialty firms. We coordinate them as part of the scope.

Start with the location and the problem. The first conversation is free, and the scope, fees, and timing are agreed before any work begins. Field work is in Saratoga, Warren, and Washington counties, with nearby areas by arrangement.
